Provided instructional technology consulting and K–12 professional development, delivering curriculum and instructional design training as well as literacy and mathematics support. Offered one-on-one tutoring and small-group consultations to support classroom integration and student learning.

Advised and supported undergraduate education candidates, helping them apply evidence-based teaching practices across face-to-face, hybrid, and online settings. Taught elementary education courses and partnered with local school divisions to support instruction and supervision, while contributing to curriculum and faculty committees.

Taught undergraduate coursework across face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats, covering classroom assessment, media and technology, principles of instruction, and elementary curriculum. Supervised and advised student teachers in and outside field placements.

Collaborated with the Center for Teaching Excellence team to deliver professional development programs supporting the university’s teaching and learning mission. Designed and delivered faculty workshops and created multimedia instructional products while providing research assistance related to higher-education pedagogy.

Led the school library media program by implementing instructional literacy initiatives and research classes focused on 21st-century skills and literature appreciation. Managed library operations, collection development, budget responsibilities, and technology/audiovisual support for students and staff.

Oversaw daily branch library operations, supervising employees and volunteers while managing reference services and library policies. Developed library collections, handled community outreach and fundraising efforts, and ensured effective collection access and circulation.

Supported library operations by maintaining and organizing library materials and responding to reference requests through phone, fax, and email. Prepared and cataloged items for the main collection and assisted with record organization for efficient access.
