What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and delivery for learning or AI-enabled products, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn customer insights into scalable features, stronger adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

At Concentrix, I lead product strategy and roadmap execution for Roleplay, an award-winning proprietary AI Trainer BOT that simulates customer chat and call interactions. I partner with engineering teams on feature delivery, backlog prioritization, UAT, global deployments, technical demos, and user-feedback-driven enhancements.

I've built more than 20 years of experience across learning, training, customer service, telecom, automobile, and travel environments. Earlier at Concentrix and IBM Global Process Services, I designed training interventions, led trainers, improved customer-service and C-SAT outcomes, conducted training needs analysis, and supported new-hire readiness through coaching, content creation, and process improvement.
