Most recently at Xenturis, I develop subcontractor relationships, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and resolve vendor issues to protect quality, margins, and service continuity.

At International Wholesale Services, I negotiated long-term supplier agreements, managed performance across 50+ suppliers, and used Odoo to control inventory, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts. At Sportsman's Supply and Sallie Home, I also used NetSuite and QuickBooks POS to procure inventory, process purchase orders, forecast demand, and improve product availability.

As Owner and Regional Manager of Halloween Express Metro St. Louis, I directed procurement and freight logistics for four retail locations, sourcing more than $100K in inventory per store. I hired, trained, and managed 30+ seasonal employees while supporting seasonal sales exceeding $500K annually.
