At Cairo University, I completed a Biophysics degree and a graduation project on SARS-CoV-2 proteostasis. I modeled interactions between GRP78 and viral proteins NSP4 and ORF8a, and analyzed protein folding and stability related to viral replication.

For a data analysis project, I used SQL to extract and filter salary and job-requirement data from analyst job postings. I cleaned and analyzed datasets with Python and Pandas, then created visualizations to share insights with non-technical audiences.

At MicroEngineeringTech, I annotated and labeled AI and computer vision datasets, including image and sensor data for self-driving car applications. I also performed quality assurance and data validation.
