Managed a 12-bed Cardiology ICU and a 9-bed Cardiology step-down unit, overseeing complex cardiac cases such as post-cardiac arrest, STEMI, and heart failure. Led rapid response and cardiac arrest teams across a 500+ bed hospital, addressing various medical ICU patients.

Responsible for a 10-bed medical/surgical unit in rural Maine, providing care for diverse patient populations including COPD exacerbations, CHF, pneumonia, and post-operative cases. Also assisted in the Emergency Department with critical patients as needed.

Initially worked on a 23-bed medical-surgical floor, focusing on post-operative orthopedic patients after completing a nurse residency program. Transferred to the Cardiac ICU, serving as a charge nurse for patients with post-op CABG, STEMI, and various cardiac conditions.
