I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can streamline accounting processes, strengthen compliance and controls, and lead budgeting/forecasting and grants management—turning financial reporting into decision-ready analysis.

I’m a growth-oriented, highly analytical finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting, budget, and payroll administration. I’ve implemented and managed finance functions from detailed financial reporting and analysis to strategic budgeting/forecasting, with in-depth work across corporate finance, treasury, and grants. I strengthen controls and compliance, maintain strong auditor relationships for annual audit and annual 990 completion, and lead finance teams to achieve long-term business objectives.

In my current role as a Your Part Time Controller, I coordinate internal and external teams, delegate accounting support, and track financial records to generate grant reports and financial statements. I formulate grant-related budgets, streamline accounting processes, oversee day-to-day payables/receivables and payroll, and create rolling cash forecasts to guide critical decisions. Previously, as a Chief Financial Officer, I managed major federal grants (SVOG, PPP, ERTC) and delivered 100% clean audits, while driving operational improvements like transitioning ticketing systems and reducing the financial closing period.
