What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote health or medical virtual assistant role where I can support patient scheduling, intake, records, communication, and clinical administration in a fast-paced, patient-focused team.

I've supported patient services at Hassaine Diagnostic Center and Saha Plus Diagnostic Center, managing high-volume scheduling, intake, records, and follow-up across busy clinical environments.

In my current evening receptionist role, I handle 50–70 patient inquiries daily, coordinate 30–50 weekly appointments across 5–7 medical staff, and maintain more than 500 patient records with 100% accuracy. I also escalate urgent cases in line with clinical protocols while helping maintain a 95%+ patient satisfaction rate.

With a Master's degree in Biology and Physiology of Reproduction, I bring clinical understanding alongside remote administration skills.
