What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can ship end-to-end ML/GenAI systems with strong MLOps, focusing on document intelligence (OCR/CV) and LLM/RAG pipelines, with room to improve reliability in production.

I build production-focused machine learning systems that turn messy documents into usable data, from preprocessing to OCR fallbacks. At Ishani Technology, I designed a hybrid extraction pipeline that reached near 100% accuracy on digital PDFs and ~85% on scanned municipal documents, then extended it to attendance sheets with CNN-based handwriting classification (~90%). I also integrated an LLM-based multilingual translation pipeline with parallel processing for efficient multi-page document conversion.

Previously, as a Machine Learning Intern at Elevvo Tech, I developed end-to-end ML pipelines across 4 projects, using SMOTE for class imbalance and rigorous feature engineering. I’m especially drawn to MLOps-style orchestration—building an ICU early-warning system operationalized with MLflow, DVC, and Airflow, and deploying containerized FastAPI services with monitoring for reliability.

Machine Learning Engineer

Ishani Technology

Jan 2026 - Present (6 months)

Built an end-to-end OCR document digitization pipeline using computer vision preprocessing and Tesseract, including a hybrid parsing+OCR system for born-digital and scanned documents. Added an LLM-based multilingual translation pipeline and extended the system for attendance sheet extraction with a CNN for handwritten Present/Absent detection.

Machine Learning Intern

Elevvo Tech

Aug 2025 - Sep 2025 (1 month)

Developed and evaluated end-to-end machine learning pipelines across four projects, including SMOTE-based handling of class imbalance and rigorous feature engineering. Trained a CNN image classification model in TensorFlow, implemented reproducible experimentation aligned with MLOps practices, and automated data preprocessing to reduce manual cleaning time by 40%.
