At Evergent Technologies, I led a five-member QA team for an OTT subscriber-management platform, overseeing planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness. I owned test strategy, test plans, estimation, and final QA sign-off for production releases.
I completed automation coverage for 112 API and end-to-end test scenarios in approximately two weeks, contributing scripts to an existing Playwright/JavaScript framework with Gemini Code Assist. I also performed functional API validation with Postman and performance testing with Apache JMeter.
At Zensar Technologies, I progressed through senior QA and Test Lead responsibilities across e-commerce and regulated gaming programs, including long-term client ownership for Derivco. I led QA teams of up to six and handled test planning, execution governance, defect triage, and QA sign-off.
For Derivco’s Certifications project, I led functional, API, web/mobile, and compliance-focused testing. Earlier assignments included Kafka Guaranteed Delivery and Contracts, and I received two Annual Customer Centricity Awards and five Quarterly Performance Awards during my Zensar tenure.
