I'm looking to create AI, API, analytics, and cloud-native documentation that helps users adopt complex enterprise software and enables reliable self-service deployment and troubleshooting.

At ComplianceQuest, I create AI and analytics documentation for Salesforce-based compliance software, delivering 15+ end-user guides and admin manuals for global QMS users. I also delivered 30+ release notes on time with zero critical escalations.

I build self-service documentation, installation manuals, and OQ/IQ protocols that help users deploy and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure independently. I established Git-versioned review workflows and reusable templates for API and AI model documentation across product squads.
