What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Junior Data Analyst role where I can apply my Python, SQL, and visualization skills to improve data accuracy and reporting. I want a fast-learning environment that values adaptability, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

I’m a results-driven professional with a Technical Degree in Industrial Electronics and certified training in data analysis, including Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization. I’ve built a solid technical foundation alongside real-world experience at Concentrix, where I learned to stay accurate and productive in a fast-paced back-office environment.

At Concentrix, I managed and processed high volumes of customer and operational data using Salesforce CRM, adapted quickly to platform migrations and process redesigns, and collaborated cross-functionally to protect data integrity and consistent reporting. I also identified process bottlenecks and proposed improvements that reduced error rates, while handling complex cases under tight SLA deadlines—and I’m eager to apply these same analytical habits as a Junior Data Analyst while continuing to grow my skills through training like OpenAI Realtime API and Agents SDK.
