I’m looking for an executive finance role in healthcare where I can lead strategy, governance, and innovation—partnering with commercial teams to improve collections, forecasting, and operational efficiency while developing high-performing finance organizations.

I bring 25+ years of healthcare finance leadership, combining strong accounting, treasury, and commercial partnering to turn complex business situations into clear opportunities. I focus on innovation, value creation, and ethical operations that strengthen performance across local, regional, and global initiatives.

As Group CFO at Laboratorios Biopas S.A., I lead a motivated team of 20 across taxes and accounting, reporting and controlling, and treasury and credit management. I work closely with Marketing and Commercial to achieve sales and expense targets, including improving account receivables through financial instruments and renegotiations, and sponsoring automated daily reports for better decision-making.

Previously, as Vicepresident Administration and Finance - CFO at Medimas EPS SAS, I re-structured Finance to increase control and productivity while leading 5 teams of 236 people. I re-shaped purchasing and closing efficiencies, built robust budgeting and monthly reporting for the Board, and supported collections outcomes for non-PBS products and services from ADRES.

Across my tenure at Roche Group, I led finance transformations and compliance execution, including successful implementation of IFRS in Colombia (NIIF) and SARLAFT, coordination of shared service centers, and global credit management governance. I also sponsored major systems and process initiatives—SAP programs across multiple countries, TM1 Business Plan application for Pharma, cash pooling, electronic invoicing, and trade credit risk insurance renegotiations that generated important savings.
