What I'm looking for

I want a Work From Home role as a Customer Service Executive/BPO Associate/Telecaller, where I can use my communication skills, customer handling, and computer knowledge to support company growth and customer satisfaction.

I’m a Customer Service Executive/BPO Associate candidate focused on delivering responsive customer support and clear communication. I aim to work from home, using my communication skills, customer handling abilities, and computer knowledge to help improve customer satisfaction.

Since April 2023, I’ve worked as a Data Entry Operator at Bright Data Solutions, where I performed accurate and efficient data entry tasks and maintained proper records and data management. I also handled customer communication and support work and assisted customers with basic problem-solving.

My day-to-day work includes using Microsoft Excel and computer applications, along with typing and basic computer knowledge to keep tasks accurate and on time. I bring strong team work and problem-solving habits, and I’m also skilled in Social Media Handling.
