I am a Co-Founder and COO with 4+ years of hands-on startup experience building AiBL Innovations, an AI-powered healthtech startup from a university project into a globally recognised venture. I was invited to the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting at Davos 2026 in Switzerland, representing one of the few Pakistani startups on that stage. Our research was published in IEEE at ICHORA 2026 in Ankara, Turkey.

I have run every aspect of a startup that doesn't involve writing code: operations, investor relations, business development, go-to-market strategy, vendor management, and institutional partnerships. I personally conducted 50+ investor meetings across Pakistan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, secured 6+ hospital and NGO partnerships from cold outreach, and completed incubation programs across three countries: NICAT (Pakistan), Maan Social Incubator (Abu Dhabi), and AlGarage (Saudi Arabia).

In 2026, AiBL also won the Best Social Impact Innovation Award at Indus RAS Expo a national robotics competition organized by Pakistan's Ministry of IT & Telecom.

I am now seeking a Chief of Staff, Founder Associate, or Head of Operations role at a growth-stage startup where I can bring a founder's mindset, execution speed, and global network to a team that moves fast and builds things that matter.
