At Tata Consultancy Services, I test banking and payment applications for clients including HSBC and Union Bank of India. I create and execute manual test cases, validate backend data with SQL, manage defects in JIRA and HP ALM, and support UAT through production readiness.
I've tested investment banking trading systems, internet banking fund transfers, and UPI mobile applications across Android and iOS. My work covers payment workflows, QR payments, refunds, reversals, biometric security, and transaction scenarios including failed, pending, declined, and reversed payments.
