At Metamind Systems Pvt Ltd, I manage system health, alerts, dashboards, logs, and incident response across NOC operations. I perform L1/L2 troubleshooting, follow runbooks, meet SLAs, and collaborate with L2/L3 teams on RCA contributions.
I support more than 150 employees with Level 2/3 software, hardware, network, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting. I also handle IT help desk communication, de-escalation, documentation, OS imaging, hardware diagnostics, password resets, and MFA support.
