What I'm looking for

I seek roles leading grants, procurement and operations where I can strengthen compliance, drive cost savings, build staff capacity, and improve systems in mission-driven organizations.

I am a strategic, results-oriented professional with a decade of experience in grants, contract and procurement management and program operations. I specialize in end-to-end grants and procurement processes, negotiations, compliance with donor regulations, and organizational policy alignment.

At USAID Nepal I administered a $173M portfolio, mentored staff, served as the mission procurement system expert, and earned a U.S. Ambassador honor award for dedication and professionalism. I consistently delivered cost savings through financial analysis and rigorous compliance review.

I have led grants and procurement for large USAID activities, including management of complex construction subcontracts and multi-million-dollar sub-awards, and supervised and built capacity among finance and technical staff across provinces.

I hold an MA in Economics and a BBA, and I am pursuing CPCM certification. I bring strong policy analysis, process improvement, vendor and partner relations, and data-driven decision-making to help organizations strengthen financial controls and program impact.
