At Skillsoft, I own the product vision and roadmap for Percipio’s admin analytics portfolio, now expanded to AI analytics. I led discovery and delivery of an AI reporting assistant and NLP chatbot that let admins ask about learner engagement in natural language and reduced manual reporting workloads by 30%.
I also shipped more than 10 analytics dashboards and owned Skillsoft’s Data-as-a-Service offering, from discovery and requirements through pricing and go-to-market. Its near-real-time analytics supported 10 major platform renewals worth about $20M.
At S&P Global, I built Chart Builder from 0 to 1 for S&P Capital IQ Pro, integrating financial and market datasets to support richer analysis. The product drove $400K in ACV growth and helped customers migrate from legacy platforms.
Earlier at S&P Global Market Intelligence, I led end-to-end UAT across several products and designed CIQ Screening solutions. My work also included financial analysis supporting investment decision-making.
