At Virtual Guard Services Pvt Ltd (subsidiary of Pro-Vigil Inc.), I designed, deployed, and maintained AWS infrastructure for surveillance-based services. I configured cloud resources across services including EC2, S3, and Route 53.
I automated deployments using CloudFormation and set up CloudWatch alarms, metrics, and logging for proactive monitoring. I also managed load balancing and Auto Scaling to support service availability.
Alongside cloud infrastructure work, I provided L2/L3 support for camera installations and IT infrastructure. I resolved NAS, NVR, network, and hardware or software incidents, including remote troubleshooting for US-based clients.
