What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading full-cycle IT and non-IT recruitment, including bulk and international staffing, while partnering closely with clients and hiring teams on high-impact talent needs.

At Inspire Consultancy Services, I lead full-cycle IT and non-IT recruitment for clients including IBM ISL Labs, Oracle, MindTree, Vayavya Labs, Saint Gobain, Rockwell India, Toshiba, and Kolte Patil Developers.

I source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures for permanent and contract roles. My IT hiring covers Full Stack Development, DevOps, Cloud, Core Java, Automotive/ADAS software, and Cyber Security, while my non-IT work spans engineering, manufacturing, real estate, operations, EHS, and QA/QC.

I've supported bulk and multi-client hiring across plant locations and assessed candidates for technical fit, domain knowledge, soft skills, attitude, and customer-handling ability.

I also handle international recruitment for Oil & Gas and conglomerate clients in KSA and Kuwait, including Alghanim Industries, using Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Boolean search, WhatsApp, and Outlook calendar management.
