At Sopra Steria India, I led end-to-end change management across technology-enabled initiatives in AI/ML, Blockchain and XR for clients including WIPO, DGFIP and UPOV. I shaped change strategies and adoption plans, and managed programme governance, risk and delivery in a global organisation.

As a stream lead, I developed vision, strategy and roadmaps for AI/ML and XR. I also delivered AI/ML transformation projects on Azure and OVHcloud, improving knowledge-base search accuracy to 70–80% and customer support efficiency.

For WIPO, I led the Self-Sovereign Identity blockchain initiative from bid development through delivery with its International Bureau. I also held P&L accountability for a parallel Telecom transformation programme and managed the Microsoft Co-Pilot partnership and team adoption.

Earlier at Sopra Steria UK, I led business readiness and change management for easyJet’s commercial platform transformation. My experience also includes testing services, quality governance and enterprise systems modernization; I’m currently completing an MBA at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School.
