What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable cloud and AI platform operations through automation, observability, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and production-focused DevOps and SRE practices.

At Presidio, I build and operate reliable AWS and multi-cloud platforms using Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and automation for production workloads. I also support Kubeflow-based MLOps workflows that move models, datasets, and code through validation, deployment, and production readiness.

Previously at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, I supported AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, Windows, and hybrid cloud environments in a regulated healthcare organization. I automated provisioning, configuration, patching, and delivery workflows while strengthening monitoring, incident response, IAM governance, and operational readiness.

I've reduced recurring production incidents by 47% and improved MTTA and MTTR by 37% through monitoring, automation, root-cause analysis, and preventative reliability improvements.
