At Diamond Group / X Diamond, I owned end-to-end finance across several entities, reporting directly to the Board. I managed treasury and liquidity, and cut the monthly close from 20 days to 10.
I led the creation and integration of XSA into the group, the entry of new shareholders and the company valuation. I also managed FX risk, hedging and letters of credit directly with banks' trade finance teams.
I secured over €2M in bank financing and EU funds, and reduced operating costs by more than 10% through supplier renegotiation and tighter budget control. I delivered monthly financial and KPI reporting to the Board.
Alongside executive roles, I run an independent consulting practice focused on financial and strategic consulting, restructuring and process improvement. I also prepare and monitor co-funded projects, including PT2030 and PRR.
