I’m a Finance Director with 30+ years leading financial transformation, reorganization, and ERP implementation across multi-entity, international environments in Portugal, the Netherlands, and Italy. I work closely with executive teams as a business partner, turning financial data into clarity and better strategic decisions.
At Tq Travel Quality, I’ve directed and reorganized the finance function during transformation and modernization. I implemented a new ERP system and redesigned reporting, treasury, and control processes—bringing structure during change and rigor to growth.
Earlier, as Chief Financial Officer ST Benelux at sigma-tau BV, I managed subsidiaries reporting to the CEO and reorganized the financial area with strategic planning and reporting in accordance with IFRS. I also coordinated audits while strengthening cash flow and margin control in an international, multicultural context.
Across consulting and controller roles (including management control and international group reporting), I supported SMEs and the harmonization of financial processes and indicators.
