I have performed daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across client, administrator, and prime broker records, investigated and resolved cash, position, OTE, and trade breaks, and monitored pending cash flows to prevent overdrafts and operational risk. I act as a primary point of contact for portfolio managers and prime brokers, supporting fund-related queries and SLA adherence.

I have supported regulatory and compliance reporting, conducted UAT testing for new system functionalities, and contributed to process improvement and automation efforts. I also train new joiners and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen team capability.

I hold an MBA in Finance and certifications including NISM, Bloomberg (BFF & BMC), CAFTA, and EY CAFTA-related training. I am proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering seamless operational support and measurable improvements in operational processes.
