At Pepperfry, I own end-to-end sourcing for furniture, modular products and home décor across a supplier base of 50+ vendors. I introduced supplier performance scorecards and quality benchmarks to support consistent quality and delivery standards.

At Riwoo Modular Solutions, I directed modular furniture operations with a 25+ person team and managed multi-crore project portfolios and procurement budgets. I built operational frameworks and SOPs, streamlined quality checkpoints, and delivered customised workspace solutions for corporate and institutional clients.

Earlier, I directed planning and supplier management for interior fit-out projects at Ensemble Infrastructure India Ltd., including work for Reliance Retail, Samsung, Xiaomi, Siemens and Lubi.
