What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supply-chain and manufacturing transformation, particularly for furniture, joinery, shopfitting and turnkey interior fit-out operations.

At Creatomy Build, I lead strategic sourcing, CAPEX procurement and manufacturing transformation for a new plant and campus, following my tenure as COO. I’ve raised manufacturing output by 25%, reduced lead times by 20%, and delivered 12% procurement savings through workflow redesign, lean practices, ERP and vendor consolidation.

Across 11 years with Zubair Furnishing in Oman, I supported 153+ premium turnkey projects across the GCC and West Africa, achieving 10–15% procurement savings through negotiation, value engineering and design-to-cost. I build supplier networks, procurement governance and end-to-end supply-chain capability across furniture, joinery, shopfitting and interior fit-out.
