I'm seeking a senior remote finance role with an international organization where I can lead investment strategy, fund management, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and data-driven capital-market decisions.

I'm currently leading Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Funds, PE/VC, and Corporate Advisory at Nepal Life Capital Limited, driving investment strategy, asset allocation, regulatory compliance, and institutional client relationships.

Previously, as Chief Investment Officer at Muktinath Capital, I directed investment banking operations across portfolio management, mutual funds, SIF, and corporate advisory. I built investment policies, risk frameworks, and diversification strategies while mentoring analysts and coordinating SEBON licensing and reporting.

At NIC ASIA Capital, I helped secure the firm's PE/VC SIF license from SEBON, managed Nepal's second open-ended mutual fund, NIC ASIA Dynamic Debt Fund, and launched corporate advisory services. I delivered Idea to IPO advisory for more than 20 companies, including Kumari Job, Loop Networks, and Python Nepal, while building financial models, valuations, investor pitch decks, and a five-year strategic roadmap.

My foundation spans finance, internal audit, taxation, and business intelligence. I've conducted Nepal's first HR audit at Manjushree Finance and developed inventory and vendor-rating dashboards for Escorts Group, combining capital-markets knowledge with practical data-driven decision-making.
