At Horizon International Trade Inc., I work with Pitney Bowes on SendTech, testing shipment APIs, integrations, and parcel fulfillment flows. I built REST API automation in Ruby and UI automation in Cypress, and integrated Cypress scripts into GitLab CI/CD.
For SendTech payment workflows, I lead end-to-end testing of authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, voids, and chargebacks. I also validate ShipAccel integrations with e-commerce and ERP platforms and use MongoDB for data validation.
Previously, I worked on Pitney Bowes’ Global Shipping Platform, where I built API automation with Postman/Newman and tested services across AWS and Azure. I also performed load and performance testing during migration of legacy services to AWS.
Earlier, I was a Team Lead at SLK Software Services Pvt Ltd and held software engineering roles at JBA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. My work included building Selenium automation frameworks and coordinating test strategy and UAT for banking, insurance, and customer applications.
