I've led QA for Telecom, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Biotech, Solartech, and eCommerce products at Leadows Technologies, where I established test frameworks and QA culture as the company’s first QA engineer. I automated user journeys with Playwright and CI/CD, reducing regression cycle time by approximately 80%.
At HOORA Technologies, I gather requirements, design and execute test cases, manage defects in Jira, and test critical user journeys across customer and partner apps and web panels. I also perform API testing and built a basic Playwright framework for rapid admin-panel sanity checks.
