At Sumedha Group of Companies, I validated a recurring-essentials grocery-kit concept through surveys and a six-month manual MVP that generated ~300 sales. I modeled unit economics from delivery data and paused the concept before app investment when margins didn’t support scaling.

I also led feasibility work for a proposed Compressed Biogas plant, mapping feedstock, site, regulatory, and distribution needs. I proposed a farmer feedstock-supply model and mapped regulatory approvals into a sequenced roadmap.

Earlier, at Xenvolt Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I improved next-day solar forecasting accuracy to 90% using explainable AI and built a battery Remaining Useful Life model reaching 95% accuracy. My product case studies include an adaptive trust feature for Claude and a live dashboard that turns Groww Play Store reviews into prioritized themes.
