I'm looking for a role on a collaborative product team, working with dedicated researchers, designers, and PMs, not owning design in isolation. I want research and metrics driving the process: understanding real user problems, designing solutions, then testing what's working. Most of my experience is as a founding/sole designer, now I want to go deeper as part of a larger team.
