I’m an Executive Partner with deep experience across network engineering, ISP operations, and technical product leadership at WebSprix IT Solutions PLC and Huawei Technologies Ethiopia Plc. I led and maintained network services, supported customers through initial requirement capture and escalated issue solving, and contributed to growth—driving the company to increase its total customer base by 25%.
I’ve designed and implemented multiple internet service provisioning solutions in Addis Ababa, configured ISP and wireless infrastructure (including routers, WiFi routers, Ubiquiti devices, switches, and OLT), and participated in deployments of 50+ wireless sites.
