What I'm looking for

I’m interested in technical support, Salesforce CRM, cloud technology, and AI-powered support automation. I’m eager to help customers resolve technical issues and deliver a positive support experience.

At Nagar Software Solutions, I developed web application components using HTML, CSS, and React.js. I integrated frontend applications with REST APIs using JSON-based request and response handling.

I also worked with reusable components and application logic, and used Git and GitHub while debugging during development.

My Raspberry Pi Intruder Detection & Alert System used Python, motion sensors, and camera monitoring to detect unauthorized movement and trigger automated alerts.

I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science & Business Systems from Sagar Institute of Research & Technology (SIRT), Bhopal. My experience as a Business Associate at Sarthak Water World Pvt. Ltd. included customer communication, sales support, and follow-up calls.
