What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to inspire and support students in their academic and personal growth while fostering a positive learning environment.

As a passionate educator, I have dedicated my career to fostering student growth and development. With experience as a Site Director at AlphaBEST Education, I led a group of up to 35 students, implementing play-based learning and guiding them through conflict resolution. My role involved not only organizing activities but also supporting students academically, ensuring they thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Previously, I served as a Softball Coach at Foothill High School, where I mentored student-athletes, organized practice plans, and provided constructive feedback to enhance their skills. My commitment to success is further reflected in my experience at Splash Premier Pet Resort, where I honed my communication skills while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for clients and their pets.
