I'm leading business analysis and UAT for SMART, Accenture's global staffing platform, while serving as Functional Lead for Talent R, an agentic AI conversational platform integrated with SMART through APIs.
I've defined AI workflows for demand creation, lock execution, and cancellation using GPT-4o, Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, RAG, prompt guidelines, and knowledge-base design. I also led SMART-to-Workday integration analysis, documenting 50+ field mappings and complex candidate, compensation, job posting, and withdrawal flows.
At Accenture, I delivered Resource Traceability integration covering 4,000+ staffing demands, configured alert and escalation workflows, and mentor three junior BAs. Previously, I led AP functions for Roche's SAP S/4HANA implementation across four APAC countries and supported a government education portal that contributed to a 9.8% increase in client retention.
