What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can prosecute ethically and precisely—strengthening discovery and Giglio compliance, using trauma-informed practices, and continuing to build my legal research and courtroom writing skills.

I’m an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where I draft case-critical documents and make accurate arguments on the record. I passed the July 2025 Uniform Bar Exam, am admitted in the District of Columbia, and I’m awaiting admission in New York State.

In my General Crimes Bureau role, I manage a caseload of 80+ matters and track actions carefully—from talking with witnesses to filing using EDDS, coordinating with defense attorneys, and handling ordering/receiving/disclosing discovery. I also attended trainings on Giglio & Discovery Compliance, ethical obligations, trauma-informed prosecution, mandated reporting, implicit bias, and facial sufficiency.

Before entering full-time practice, I built a strong research-and-writing foundation through externships and internships. At the Securities Arbitration Specialized Externship, I researched arbitrators and drafted a memorandum of law on SNAP removals nationwide, and at other offices I drafted memoranda related to contempt, edited/replied to defense motions, and researched the reformed bail statute.

My advocacy experience continues beyond the courtroom: I served as a Student Advocate in New York Law School’s Civil Rights and Disability Justice Clinic, interviewing clients, drafting complaints, and filing a federal lawsuit connected to NYC Para-transportation. I’ve also supported accessibility-focused work through an internship for advocacy in organizations for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, including research for the Center’s Wills program and contributions to the Center’s 2022 Annual Report.
