Currently, I contribute to Empire Life's core insurance processing system, where I have successfully implemented real-time processing capabilities using Google Pub/Sub and Kafka. My efforts have significantly improved the architecture, enabling the handling of over 300,000 daily events, including payments and claims.

In my role, I designed a microservice-based document generation system that reduced processing time by 30 minutes and decreased incident frequency from weekly to monthly. I also engineered event replay functionality using BigQuery, allowing for precise debugging and recovery of historical transaction states.
