At Velocity Global, I own core services for a configuration-driven benefits and onboarding platform. I consolidated fragmented benefits data into a centralized source of truth, turning employee benefit assignment from a week-long manual process into a single-click onboarding workflow.
I also migrated the Benefits service to Kubernetes on EKS and improved API latency from 5,000 ms to 300 ms. In an independent project, I built an AI knowledge platform with graph-based reasoning, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and agentic workflows; I also designed the OrcaSpot iOS app from user research through an interactive Figma prototype.
