At L&T Power Electronics Systems, I worked on a 15 kW, 200 A DC-DC converter and completed its MIL-STD-461 EMI/EMC qualification, including debugging, mitigation, and validation.
I also developed and integrated CAN-based communication between 20 × 15 kW DC-DC converter units for a 300 kW fuel-cell power-conversion system, alongside PLC-based system control.
For high-voltage PMSM motor drives, I designed and validated EMI filter cards and designed and debugged gate-driver circuits. I contributed to controller-card hardware development and worked on FOC-based motor-drive control.
I test and debug power-electronic subsystems using oscilloscopes and measurement tools, and have worked with TI C2000 F28386D peripherals. In my projects, I designed and simulated a bidirectional DC-DC converter for vehicle-to-grid applications using MATLAB/Simulink.
