I build and validate converter and motor-drive control systems for power-electronics applications.
What I'm looking for
I'm developing and testing power-electronics control models at Primus Global for Caterpillar, including high-density DC-DC converters, grid-connected Active Front-End converters, and multi-mode power conversion systems.
I design closed-loop voltage and current regulation, protection functions, synchronization, DC-link control, and LCL filters. I also perform processor-in-the-loop validation, build Simulink Test Manager harnesses, and automate data transfer between Dynasty and MATLAB.
My Ph.D. research at IIT Delhi focuses on the design and control of switched reluctance motor drives for electric vehicles. I've developed electromagnetic, finite-element, and thermal SRM models and validated dynamic performance with hardware prototypes.
I've also worked on inverter-fed PMSM control, VSC active and reactive power regulation, PV-fed BLDC drives, and diesel-electric generator transient analysis. My work combines model-based development, controller testing, and dynamic performance evaluation.
