Arnab Das
@arnabdas2
I build and validate power-electronics control systems, from buck-converter compensation to embedded hardware prototypes.
What I'm looking for
At the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, I simulated a closed-loop DC-DC buck converter in PLECS and analyzed non-ideal plant conditions and parasitic elements.
I developed MATLAB scripts for plant transfer functions, designed a Type III compensator targeting a 40° phase margin, and used frequency-domain analysis to measure ESR and validate capacitance at 50 kHz. I also deployed optimized PI control algorithms on a TI C2000 microcontroller and verified transient response and stability with oscilloscope measurements.
Alongside power-electronics work, I build embedded hardware projects including an Arduino-based calculator and an LDR-controlled music system using sensors, buzzers, and C code.
