What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an accounts payable or accounting role where I can process invoices accurately, support payments and month-end close, manage vendor relationships, and continue building my accounting systems experience.

At US Med-Equip, I process approximately 100 invoices daily in Acumatica, review purchase orders and payment details, and help prevent overpayments.

I manage relationships with roughly 60% of company vendors, resolve payment issues, maintain wire and ACH instructions, collect W-9s, and prepare ACH draft entries for month-end close.
