What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a pathology leadership role to deliver high-quality histopathology diagnostics, expand immunohistochemistry and renal/GIT services, and mentor residents—while contributing to curricula and accreditation-based quality improvement.

I’m a Consultant Histopathologist and Associate Professor of Pathology at Al Neelain University in Khartoum, where I also lead accreditation and training efforts as “Head Accreditation Committee” and active curriculum committee member. I’ve strengthened histopathology services across major centers, including introducing immunohistochemistry “first time in Sudan,” upgrading laboratory techniques, and enhancing diagnostic standards for surgical pathology, cytology, and immunohistochemistry.

I’m deeply committed to education: I train MD pathology residents (cut up, reporting, clinical meetings, and assessment), mentor junior specialists and technical staff, and contribute to curriculum development and evaluation methods. I’ve also served as Convener of MD Histopathology (SMSB) and helped deliver national guidelines and protocols, aligning medical education with quality improvement and accreditation needs.
