I am a Technical Test Lead and Certified Scrum Master with 14+ years in testing and SDET roles, experienced leading onshore and offshore teams and delivering high-quality, defect-free solutions across IVR, ATM/POS, web, API and ETL projects. I design, develop and deploy automation frameworks (Selenium, Java, Python, Cyara Velocity) and lead cross-functional efforts using Agile/Scrum to meet business needs.
