I'm currently a freelance lawyer leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate and commercial agreements, from construction, lease, and purchase agreements to NDAs, MSAs, and employment contracts. I apply legal precedents and commercial practices to assess risk, identify ambiguities, and protect client interests.
