What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote creative project management or creative operations role where I can coordinate client-facing workflows, improve delivery processes, and help creative teams manage priorities effectively.

At DRAFTSS, I manage 17–20 concurrent creative projects from brief intake through final delivery, turning client requirements into structured plans, timelines, and clear deliverables.

I coordinate eight Design Managers and their creative teams, balancing workloads, dependencies, feedback cycles, approvals, and delivery priorities across multiple projects.

As the primary client contact, I keep stakeholders informed, resolve blockers, maintain quality against approved briefs, and document progress through status updates and project records. I also use AI productivity tools to streamline documentation, communication, and recurring workflow tasks while keeping human oversight on client decisions.

My earlier hospitality experience at The Westin, Kolkata and JW Marriott, Kolkata built my service mindset, operational discipline, and ability to handle time-sensitive requests across cross-functional teams.
