At TaqGene Training And Research Institute LLP, I completed a six-month dissertation on preparing beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.) red wine and evaluating its therapeutic potential. I developed the wine using controlled fermentation with Saccharomyces yeast strains.
I revived and maintained yeast cultures, carried out fermentation procedures, and analyzed physicochemical properties including pH, TSS, acidity, specific gravity, and alcohol content. I also conducted phytochemical and antioxidant assays, sensory evaluation, and experimental data interpretation.
My training at Rapture Biotech International (P) Ltd. covered bioinformatics, molecular techniques, biochemistry, and enzymology, and I completed hands-on molecular biology training at TaqGene.
