My postgraduate project explored green synthesis of iron oxide nanoparticles using shallot peel extract. I achieved over 90% Congo red dye removal for wastewater treatment.

I characterized the nanoparticles using SEM, XRD, EDAX, FT-IR, and DLS. The work applied a green nanotechnology approach.

For my undergraduate project, I profiled metabolites from senna flowers and assessed their in vitro antioxidant potential. I used GC-MS, LC-MS, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, with DPPH assays to examine the relationship between phytochemical composition and antioxidant activity.

My biotechnology training includes internships in analytical and instrumentation techniques, alternate animal models, microbial quality analysis, and biotechnology techniques. I’m looking for challenging assignments where I can apply and expand my biotechnology skills.
