At Maison Pyramide, I manage 14 Paris showroom seasons as recurring projects, from planning and budgeting through recruitment, logistics, on-ground execution, and financial reconciliation. I work from Cairo while reporting to a Dubai-based manager, coordinating with brands, suppliers, and teams across Cairo, Paris, and KSA.
At OCD – Crowd Management, I led teams of 30 to 100 for time-sensitive events, including El Gouna Film Festival, Cairo Film Festival, AFCON 2019, and the PSA Squash World Championship. I also maintained project calendars and coordinated deliverables with organizers, security teams, and stakeholders.
At Oxford Business Group, I developed project calendars, coordinated cross-functional communication, and assisted with research, data collection, and report preparation. I have a finance background and use Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel to coordinate remote work and track budgets and expenses.
